Group Fitness Classes - 45mins

High-energy, full-body workouts designed to challenge and empower you. My circuit and bootcamp classes combine strength, cardio, and functional training to help improve fitness, burn calories, and build resilience.

About Me

My name is Niamh, and I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor.

Fitness has been a huge part of my life for many years, and it’s completely transformed both my physical and mental health. For me, it’s never just been about how you look, it’s about how you feel. Stronger really is better. A stronger body builds a stronger mind, and that confidence carries into every part of your life.

I’ve challenged myself through events like HYROX competitions and completed half marathons, alongside regularly swimming and running. I love pushing my own limits, but even more than that, I love helping others discover what they’re capable of.

My passion is working with women and creating a supportive, encouraging environment where you can feel comfortable, confident, and empowered. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to take things to the next level, I’m here to guide you, support you, and help you feel your absolute best.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone grow in confidence, get stronger, and realise just how capable they are. That’s why I do what I do.
